Stoney Cove 13th December 2008

A winter training day, with lots of drills and skills from trainee ocean divers, through a new member trying out a new drysuit to advanced diver rescues.

God, how it rained! And rained! and rained! It was drier underwater than onshore, almost. The bonus of the bad weather was getting in the bottom car park at 9am (unheard of) and also enjoying 15m visibility, becasue there was almost nobody to kick up the silt :-).

But we are a hardy lot and despite the weather we got most stuff done, had a lot of warm soup and bacon sandwiches and got home safe and relatively happy.
